I don't know about you, but it seems like 2017 flew right on by! I hope you had an amazingly awesome year. Today I would like to share a few simple tips to help you eat clean in 2018. Check them out below...
Start your day off with something fresh (i.e. green smoothie, fresh juice, fruit salad, etc...)
Be intentional about building each meal/snack with at least 50% produce (fresh is best)
Drink a glass of water before every meal & snack
Never leave home with out a healthy bag of snacks (i.e. nuts, fruits, veggies, granola bars, etc...) and water
Remove junk food items from your home, so you're not tempted
