Custom Meal Plans

 

We can customize meal plans to fit your specific needs. We can customize meal plans for weight-loss, diabetes, pregnancy, vegetarians, gluten-free, children and much more!

With each plan, there is an initial 15-20 minute consultation to discuss your dietary needs and concerns. The consultation can be done via phone or video meeting. There are links below to book this consultation.

 

We have three options available and they are listed below...

  • STANDARD Silver Package-Customized 31-Day Meal Plan ($99): This is a written meal plan that is catered towards the current nutrition needs discussed. This is the basic plan, which includes your choice of one daily meal only (breakfast, lunch or dinner). The price listed is the cost for one month. If you would like to get several months at one time, the fee is $99 per month.

  • STANDARD Gold Package-Customized 31-Day Meal Plan ($149): This is a written meal plan that is catered towards the current nutrition needs discussed. This is the mid-level plan, which includes your choice of two daily meals only (any combination of breakfast, lunch and dinner). The price listed is the cost for one month. If you would like to get several months at one time, the fee is $149 per month.

  • STANDARD Platinum Package-Customized 31-Day Meal Plan ($199): This is a written meal plan that is catered towards the current nutrition needs discussed. This is the premium plan, which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner meals. The price listed is the cost for one month. If you would like to get several months at one time, the fee is $199 per month.

  • VIP Silver Package-Customized 31-Day Meal Plan ($149): In addition to what's included in the STANDARD package, you also receive recipes for meals, our signature smoothie & juicing guide and a custom grocery shopping list. If you would like to get several months at one time, the fee is $149 per month.

  • VIP Gold Package-Customized 31-Day Meal Plan ($199): In addition to what's included in the STANDARD package, you also receive recipes for meals, our signature smoothie & juicing guide and a custom grocery shopping list. If you would like to get several months at one time, the fee is $199 per month.

  • VIP Platinum Package-Customized 31-Day Meal Plan ($249): In addition to what's included in the STANDARD package, you also receive recipes for meals, our signature smoothie & juicing guide and a custom grocery shopping list. If you would like to get several months at one time, the fee is $249 per month.
