You've probably seen marketing about omega-3's, but do you know if you're getting enough of them daily? Most people aren't aware of the negative effects associated with low levels of omega-3 fats. Having low levels of omega-3 fats can cause an increased risk of death from many causes. To give further explanation, omega-3 fats are anti-inflammatory and omega-6 fats are the opposite. You can increase your omega-3 fat intake through diet and/or supplements. The average western diet is deficient in these types of fats, so in most cases, it's best to take an omega-3 supplement. Krill oil is an amazing fish oil with high levels of omega-3 fats and many benefits to your health. Do some research and make an investment in your health by increasing your omega-3 fats today.
