Yesterday I went live on Facebook talking about this topic and I wanted to share this information with those of you who may have missed it. I've heard so many people complaining about not drinking enough water. So, I am sharing some quick tips and resources for you today! This should definitely help with your outlook on drinking water and your consumption levels.

Drinking Water Is Important Because...

  • Your body is about 70% water

  • Water helps flush toxins out of your system

  • Water helps keep your skin clearer

  • Water can keep you from overeating

  • Water keeps your kidneys healthy

Tips to Help You Drink More Water

  • Schedule daily water drinking reminders in your phone calendar

  • Download water drinking apps (Plant Nanny, Water Logged, Daily Water Free)

  • Make your own infused water

  • Drink a glass when you first wake up and before every meal (including snacks)

  • Keep water at arm’s length at all time
