Lately life has been coming at me so fast and I've really missed sharing my thoughts here on the blog. People often ask me how I continue to make healthy choices in the midst of it all. In my opinion, the one thing that it really comes down to is intentionality! That's really what most things boil down to for me in life. I make a choice to be intentional about certain things. Most days, I make a CHOICE to remove the excuses and just do it, in a very intentional way. This was just a quick nugget that I wanted to share today :-)
